My experience spans interview and archive-led retrospectives; access documentaries; returning popular formats; true crime and crime & justice; and presenter-led factual.

Across more than 70 hours of prime-time output, I’ve led teams through research, filming, edits and delivery – setting narrative and tone, storyboarding and scripting, and balancing sensitive access with legal, risk and compliance oversight. My work has won BAFTA, RTS and Broadcast Awards, and been shortlisted for a Grierson.

I’m known for calm decision-making under pressure. I’m comfortable working at speed across multiple moving parts, and I stay hands-on in production – directing crews and self-shooting where needed.
